Express Service Terms & Conditions

Our Express Service is an additional add-on to printed orders to ensure your goods arrive to you in 5 working days instead of our current lead time of 3-4 weeks. This service has a set-up cost of £10 as well as 18p per print for boxes and cases and 30p per bag or pouch.

Additional time is required if there is new artwork for the order. Without any holdups, we estimate the lead time for orders with new artwork to be approximately 10 working days from receipt of payment.

Terms & Conditions:

• The Express Service is a completely optional service.
• The Express Service gives your order priority printing with additional printing capacity added.
• The Express Service has a maximum capacity of 10 packs per order.
• The Express Service has a fixed machine set-up charge of £10 and an additional variable printing charge of 18p per box or case and 30p per bag or pouch.
• The Express Service cost excludes any separate shipping costs.
• The quoted 5 working day lead time is only valid for orders with existing blocks on receipt of payment.
• For new artwork, the lead time is 10 working days from receipt of payment and artwork approval.
• We reserve the right to withdraw the Express Service or increase the lead time at any time without prior notice.
• The Express Service can only be used on orders placed over the phone or by email.
• The Express Service is only valid on orders up until the 15th of December 2023.
