Customised To You
Give yourself a competitive edge with the option of semi-bespoke branded packaging. There's the ability to add your logo or branding to many of our available stock ranges of boxes, jewellery cases and gift bags.
We offer two in-house printing methods outside of our bespoke service: Hot Foil printing and Debossing.
Hot Foil Printing
Our most popular method consists of stamping hot foil usually onto the lid of the box or the inner satin of a case. Each unit is individually printed and inspected to ensure no variation and a high-quality print.
Hot foil gives a timeless yet premium look. We currently offer 25 colour options in metallic and matt variations for monotone printing. See our colour options here.
Our foils work best with simple logos and artwork however as part of the process will consider even the most intricate logo and consult on the best way to present it.
Hot foils do not impact the recyclability of a box. If you print onto one of our eco-friendly ranges like EcoBoard, the box and lid remain fully recyclable.
Debossing has an identical process to hot foiling, except instead the product is directly stamped giving your logo a unique debossed texture.
Debossing is only available on certain boxes as they have a thick enough paper board to not look stamped under the lid and look premium. A debossed box is only altered visually so our eco-friendly box ranges remain fully recyclable.
We recommend debossing boxes on certain paper colours as sometimes a debossed black box is different to read with smaller logos, although in some cases it will look exceptional. If you want a debossed logo on black or dark-coloured boxes we will consult you on how it will look visually to ensure you will be happy with the results.
If you're already a customer with printing blocks, get in touch and we will add your blocks to your online account so you can reorder online.
1. Find the right gift box, jewellery cases or bags
Select the products you want. You can find all our products that can be branded here. Select logo printing and login to your online account to enable a preexisting block if you have one or get a new block made. Select the block size or bundle if you're buying products with different possible printing sizes. Upload your logo or artwork in a compatible file with vector graphic data (.ai, .afdesign, .pdf, .eps, .svg), don't worry if you don't have this to hand you can send it after you place an order. Finally, select the printing colour and place the order.
2. Review Your Image and Foil Colour Choice
Our artwork team will get in touch, if you haven't provided an image yet this is when you will. We will review your logo and if it's the correct format send you an Artwork Approval form via Signable so you can approve your image and foil colour. If the image you send is not in the correct format, our Artwork team will provide guidance - you can read more about our artwork requirements in our Artwork Guide.
3. Block Manufacturing and Printing
Once you have approved your artwork we can get a block manufactured and then your packaging can be printed by hand by our all-women team of foil printers. This can take 1-3 weeks depending on how busy we are.
4. Packing and Shipping
Now your order has been printed and can be packed and made ready for shipping. We will notify you and provide tracking via DPD and you can anticipate your new packaging!
Looking For More Customisation?
We can expand upon customisation as part of our bespoke service if the available foils or printing methods are not for you.
We can offer larger printing sizes up to 200mm with foil, as well as different methods such as digital. Though, as this is not part of our standard service you can expect a lead time of up to 8 weeks to allow for manufacturing.
Our bespoke service expands on our printing options but also has more rigid box options with more sizes, styles and colour options. This gives you and your brand full creativity over your packaging and provides a competitive edge over your competition.
