The secured funds will be strategically allocated to revolutionise our internal infrastructure, including upgrades of our core server and IT equipment, as well as the modernisation of our enterprise resource planner. By implementing these crucial changes, we aim to enhance the efficiencies of our IT infrastructure, thereby streamlining our operations and elevating the overall customer experience.
Through the Growth Through Innovation Fund, Potters will be able to greatly enhance order processing, resulting in faster and more efficient completion of customer requests. Our revamped IT infrastructure will provide a solid foundation, enabling our dedicated team to optimise service delivery and cater to evolving customer needs with utmost precision.
Thanks to New Anglia we will be able to further our innovation in our product offerings. Last year we released our EcoHinge of eco-friendly hinged boxes and the fund will be vital in expanding our UK-made ranges with new info innovative rigid boxes.
